The process for repairing foundation starts with our workers digging holes by hand around the foundation where we need to install pilings. The pilings are pounded into place with a hydraulic tool. Once we are done placing the pilings, we will lift the house off the pilings. Steel shims are then used to keep the house stable on the pilings.

The process is a bit different when the home needs piling in the center. These pilings would have to either be tunneled into place or they have to be installed from the inside. This process is a bit more complex than the process for perimeter pilings.
